Sony Ericsson Launches its First AWS Handset on T-Mobile USA

Sony ericsson has announced the expansion of its carrier channels in the USA to include T-Mobile USA, starting with the launch of the TM506 in early September. Sony ericsson will now reach more than 31 million wireless subscribers through this partnership. The TM506 is Sony ericsson's first handset that supports T-Mobile's AWS spectrum (1700/2100Mhz bands).  more

T-Mobile USA Still Expecting Google Phone in October

Despite various (denied) reports of delays, T-Mobile USA is still expecting to launch a smartphone powered by the Google promoted OS, Android this coming October. Sources have told the New York Times that the phone is expected in October, but will certainly be on sale before Christmas.  more
