Vietnamese Network Signs Network Upgrade Contract

Vietnam's Vinaphone has contracted with Alcatel-Lucent to upgrade its GSM network in 16 northern provinces with edge data services. The contract was signed through Alcatel-Lucent's Chinese subsidiary, Alcatel-Lucent Shanghai Bell.
