Under a three-year contract, Nokia Siemens Networks will be the sole supplier of the 2G and optionally 3G networks covering Slovakia and 2G and 3G in the Czech Republic's two major cities, Prague and Brno. more

Nokia Siemens Wins Qatar Network Upgrade Contract
Nokia Siemens Networks says that it has won a US$61 million contract from Qatar Telecom (Qtel) to modernise its 2G and 3G networks. The upgrade will involve new radio access network (RAN) and consultancy work, along with some improvements to the core network. more
