Convergys Extends Existing Cellular South Contract

convergys has announced that it will continue to provide Cellular South with an end-to-end business support solution for the provisioning, usage mediation, billing, and associated customer support of its wireless telecommunications services. Cellular South is one of the largest privately held wireless providers in the United States and is licensed to provide wireless service to a population of more than five million people in the southeast United States. The company has been using the convergys solution for the past five years.  more
