Jobs Boost for Sprint Nextel PrePay Division
Accent Marketing Services has announced plans to create some 550 new call center jobs to provide inbound customer service and technical support for the PrePay division of Sprint Nextel, Boost Mobile. The 320-seat facility will open in mid-August, create 550 new jobs and generate an annual payroll of US$11.4 million. More than 700,000 customer calls per month will be handled on behalf of Boost Mobile at the new facility. more
