Bercut wins Russian customer care contract
Russia's Bercut says that it will supply complete customer care platform, including cliq callcenter, CaReM service platform and IN@Voice convergent billing for a new GSM 1800 cellular network in Velikiy Novgorod. The agreement with OSJC Novgorodskie Telecommunications was signed in early December, when Bercut was announced the tender winner. more
