Kenya's High Court Judge John Mwera, has approved a "class action" style lawsuit by 21 customers against the local GSM network, Safaricom. The initial complaint was filed by Mr. Daniel Mwaniki Mutunga and the Judge has opened it up, so that other subscribers can join in as well. more
