AsiaInfo Wins Contract to Develop 3G Billing Solution for TD-SCDMA Trial

China's AsiaInfo Holdings says that it has signed a contract with China Telecom to provide billing solutions for its ongoing extended TD-SCDMA trial. Under the terms of the agreement, AsiaInfo will develop an Online Charging System (OCS) for China Telecom's extended next generation wireless network trial in China's Hebei province. The system will meet 3GPP (Third Generation Partnership Project) standards and China Telecom's OCS specifications.  more
