Sprint Nextel Facing $1.2 Billion Lawsuit

Sprint Nextel is facing a class-action lawsuit over its early termination fees, which potentially could cost the company as much as US$1.2 billion. Wi-LAN Sues Motorola, RIM and UTStarCom

Ottawa-based Wi-LAN says that it has initiated a patent lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Marshall Division against Motorola, Research in Motion and UTStarCom.
