Vodafone, Bharti and Idea Confirm Merging Indian Tower Ops
As has been widely rumoured over the past few weeks, India's Vodafone Essar, bharti Infratel and Idea Cellular have confirmed plans to merge their tower operations into a single company. The new company, Indus Towers will provide passive infrastructure services in India to all operators on a non-discriminatory basis. more
