Belarus to get a CDMA450 network upgrade
China's Huawei Technologies has signed a contract with belcel, the exclusive CDMA cellular operator of Belarus, to upgrade its existing analogue network to CDMA450. Under the agreement, Huawei will provide belcel with CDMA450 total solution, which is based on CDMA2000 1X technology. The contracted network covers Belarus capital Minsk and a vast majority of Belarus regions. more
