Aruba Networks Buys Outdoor Mesh Networks Vendor
Aruba Networks has announced that it is to buy outdoor mesh developer, Azalea Networks for approximately US$27 million in stock subject to certain adjustments and up to US$13.5 million in cash over two years. The acquisition includes an operations center in Beijing, staffed by world-class engineers, which will complement Aruba's existing R&D centers in bangalore and Silicon Valley. more
