T-Mobile USA Expands 3G Coverage to 13 Cities

T-Mobile USA has announced the expansion of its 3G coverage to 13 major markets and the signing of a raft of new backhaul agreements to cope with the increased traffic across its network. T-Mobile USA confirmed that it was on track to expand its 3G service to 27 major markets in the United States by the end of 2008.  more

T-Mobile USA Accelerating 3G Rollout

It has been reported that T-Mobile USA is prepping for a near nationwide 3G launch at the beginning of October. At the moment, the company offers 3G services in the New York area only and has previously said that it expects 3G coverage to be available in the top 20 to 25 markets by the end of this year. Various reports suggest that the company will switch on some 27 markets on the 1st October.  more
