Sprint Outlines WiMAX Expansion Programme

T-Mobile USA Accelerating 3G Rollout

It has been reported that T-Mobile USA is prepping for a near nationwide 3G launch at the beginning of October. At the moment, the company offers 3G services in the New York area only and has previously said that it expects 3G coverage to be available in the top 20 to 25 markets by the end of this year. T-Mobile USA Expected to Launch 3G Services Tomorrow

Multiple news reports are claiming that T-Mobile is planning to switch on its WCDMA network in New York tomorrow (May 1st) - followed by around 26 other cities by the end of this year.
