AsiaInfo to Upgrade China Mobile's Business Operation Support System

asiainfo Holdings says that it has signed a contract with Zhejiang Mobile, a subsidiary of China Mobile, to upgrade its Business Operation Support System (BOSS). Under the terms of the contract, asiainfo will upgrade Zhejiang Mobile's BOSS system to comply with China Mobile's new BOSS 3.0 specifications, with an emphasis on strengthening channel management functionality and improving data consistency among the carrier's BOSS subsystems.  more

China Mobile Improves BOSS Platform

Under the agreement, asiainfo will restructure and optimize the BOSS system to allow Zhejiang Mobile to continue to rapidly expand its subscriber base. The complex optimization project will be implemented without interruption to ongoing operations or subscriber data. more
