MetroPCS Deploys Amdocs CRM Platform
US network, MetroPCS says that it has completed the conversion of all of its customers onto the amdocs CES 7.5 CRM platform. Under the six-year managed services agreement announced in October 2008, amdocs is providing MetroPCS with integrated software for convergent real-time charging and billing, customer relationship management (CRM) and operational support systems (OSS) to support MetroPCS' pay-in-advance, roaming and retail offerings. more
