Acer Buys Glofiish Smartphone Manufacturer
Taiwan based, acer has announced that it is to buy the smartphone manufacturer, E-TEN Information Systems - which trades under the Glofiish brand - for approximately NT$9 billion (US$290 million). The new issued shares will represent approximately 6% of total acer outstanding shares. more
