CAT Telecom Approves 3G Plans by Two Private Networks

Thailand's state-owned CAT Telecom says that it has agreed - in principle - the plans by two other mobile networks to use their existing networks to offer 3G services. Switching to 3G Modules Lowers Cost of Machine-to-Machine Communications
