India Subscriber Levels Pass 7 Million

India's cell phone user base surged past the 7 million mark in June, to 7,339,228 active subscribers. The highly lucrative Metro circles, which cover Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai & Calcutta have now just a touch under 3 million subscribers.
