Test data regularly gathered and customer feedback confirm this, and in fact system performance is in line with international industry norms and in some areas is now better than other local operators", commented Simon Montanaro, Chief Technology Officer at Melita.
The first phase of this network upgrade project will address 10 key areas, and will be announced in the coming weeks.
"The sites selected are being prioritised namely on the basis of customer feedback and utilisation. Once these areas are complete we can move on to assess requirements in other areas and localities", added Mr Montanaro.
