TOT senior executive vice-president for mobile business Kamthon Waithayakul told the Bangkok Post that the company expected to sign a contract with the winning bidder by January and could deploy equipment in key areas within 180 days in the greater Bangkok area and other key economic provinces.
He added that within 180 days of signing a contract, service could be rolled out in 13 provinces. The other 59 provinces would be covered over the next six months.
