Celtel Malawi To Use Tax Changes to Spur Rural Coverage Investment

Celtel Malawi has announced plans to spend an additional US$90 million over the next twelve months to expand its network coverage. The company also plans to take advantage of the scrapping of a 25% customs duty on mobile phones to pass the price saving onto customers.
