Bharti Airtel Would Need MTN Holder OK to Buy 51%

Bharti Airtel would need the approval of a majority of MTN Group's shareholders to acquire control but less than 100% of the South African mobile phone operator, and could find offering paper in a takeover offer complicated by local regulations.
