Bharti May Pay Under US$20B for MTN Control - Sources

India's Bharti Airtel may pay "less than US$20 billion" for a controlling stake in African mobile company MTN Group and will likely need financial assistance from its major shareholder Singapore Telecommunications to complete the deal, people familiar with the situation said Wednesday.
