Nokia Says in Talks With German State Over Bochum Closure

Mobile phone giant Nokia said Monday it was in talks with the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia to resolve a dispute over a plant closure but declined to comment on reports it was setting up a fund for high-tech firms.
