Bosnian Regulator Permits National Roaming

The telecoms regulator in Bosnia and Herzegovina, has issued a decision on allowing network operators to permit roaming between each others networks when customers are out of normal coverage. The regulator says that it will permit national roaming for voice and SMS services and that prices can be set by the networks themselves.

Tthe Agency has also issued a Decision on Measurement of GSM Services Quality, prescribing quality elements, dynamics and methodology of their measurement. This shall provide continuous increase in quality of current services as well as introduction of the new services in mobile telephony.

Implementation of the Decision shall begin on August 1st 2007."
