Research In Motion, after Friday's closing bell said its stock-option grant review is ongoing, and that the Securities and Exchange Commission had made an informal inquiry requesting information on the company's option grants and practices.
The BlackBerry maker added that it does not expect a material adjustment to the preliminary second-quarter results reported on Sept. 28, though a restatement of prior results is required.
