
Jordan's GSM network operator, Fastlink says that it is offering all its customers currently roaming in Lebanon a courtesy credit of JD9 (US$12.80) on their Prepay and contract accounts to assist them in maining communications during the current crisis there. The PrePay credit will be applied to their roaming customers accounts immediately, while contract accounts will be credited on their next bill.
"Fastlink has always been keen to ensure that means of communications are always available for subscribers where ever they are regardless of the circumstances," said the company's Marketing Chief Officer Mr. Bashar T. Arafeh.
He added that the company has provided free of charge communications for citizens in Lebanon during this critical time to help them stay in touch with their families and to ensure that they return home safely.
Fastlink has informed it's subscribers in Lebanon about the courtesy credit through text messages in Arabic and English."
