
NEW DELHI (Dow Jones)--Reliance Infocomm Ltd., India's largest mobile phone company, added 437,398 new subscribers in December to take its total user base to 10.3 million, trade data showed Monday.
The data, compiled by the Association of Unified Telecom Service providers of India, is for Reliance's Code Division Multiple Access-based services.
Reliance Infocomm, a unit of India's largest private sector company Reliance Industries Ltd. (500325.BY), launched its mobile services less than two years ago.
The data also showed that the total CDMA subscriber base was 14.3 million at the end of December, up 5.76% from 13.52 million in November.
