Antigua Gets an Improved GSM Billing Platform

Cerillion Technologies has signed an agreement with APUA PCS (Antigua Public Utilities Authority) for the provision of a CRM and Billing system. The system will support GSM and GPRS services. It includes CRM, Rating, Billing, Credit Management, Payment Management and Web Self Care functions.

APUA provides telephony, electricity and water services to Antigua and Barbuda. APUA PCS, a subsidiary of APUA, was the first GSM operator in the English speaking Caribbean. It is a highly popular holiday destination.

Said Julian Wilkins, General Manager of APUA PCS: "Cerillion provides an ideal, ready integrated, and cost effective solution for an operator like APUA PCS. Their long experience in GSM is also a definite plus. It is a comprehensive system that will be an essential tool for us in meeting the challenges of the future."

Louis Hall, CEO of Cerillion Technologies, said: "APUA PCS is another important contract for us. With our two successes in the USA, in Pennsylvania and West Virginia, we are building up a strong presence in the region. This provides a good platform for further progress and we expect to announce further successes soon. The project also provides another example of our co-operation with key partners such as Nortel Networks and WSI International."
