Net Mobile CEO Resigns With Immediate Effect

Published on:

Germany based mobile value added services provider Net Mobile has announced that its CEO Theodor Niehues has resigned with immediate effect.

In a terse statement, the company said simply that the reason for the separation are "different views on the prospects of the company".

He is being replaced by Mr. Edgar Schnorpfeil, who has been on the board of directors since March 2010.

Japan's NTT DoCoMo owns 87% of the company, which it bought in December 2009.
