Nokia is reported to be close to naming security software maker F Secure founder, Risto Siilasmaa as its new Chairman, to replace Jorma Ollila.

The local Helsingin Sanomat newspaper said that the nominations committee is expected to recommend a new chairman at a meeting later this month

Risto Siilasmaa is currently the Chairman of both F-Secure and Finland based mobile network operator, Elisa, and has had a seat on the Nokia board of directors since 2008.

"We have not made any announcements related to Nokia's chairmanship," spokesman James Etheridge said, declining to comment on the report.
