Australia's Telstra has suffered a second outage in recent weeks, with a large number of prepay customers suffering problems.
Telstra confirmed that some of its prepay and "boost" customers were suffering problems with making calls or accessing mobile internet services.
The network outage was repaired by midday, with problems associated with topping up accounts still being worked on.
Some pre-paid customers were also experiencing issues making purchases over Google Play, however are able to do so via credit card on PayPal.
The latest problem follows on from a major outage last month, where Telstra offered customers a weekend's worth of free mobile data in compensation.
