Photo of Google's Nexus 8 Tablet Leaked

Note -- this news article is more than a year old.
What may be photos of the expected Nexus 8 tablet from Google have been leaked online.
Although they show just yet another generic looking tablet, it does seem to add credence to the rumours that Google is going to release another tablet in its Nexus range. There had been suggestions in recent months that Google might move away from commissioning hardware directly and move to a licensing agreement for its Nexus brand instead.
If the new photos are to be believed, then either Google has changed its mind, or the other handset vendors were unhappy with the Nexus brand licensing terms.
According to the leaked information, the Nexus 8 should come with Android 4.5 as the software, which is the next version due to be released, and is expected to add support for 64-bit processors.
The tablet is thought to be taking full advantage of that, and will feature a 64-bit CPU, possibly the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 chip.
