Samsung has pushed out a software upgrade to its Galaxy S5 smartphone that now includes a stress sensor.
It makes use of the heart-rate sensor which was included as part of the handset's fitness tracking service. The software upgrade now uses that same sensor to monitor stress levels -- albeit at a basic biological level rather than how stressed your brain might be feeling.
The app also tracks long term trends, which could be useful for printing out when asking for a stress related holiday from the boss.
Users need to download the latest version of the S Health app to get the upgrade.
