Churn Analysis Software Launched

WeDo Consulting says that it has developed a churn prediction package - Churn Analytics - using SAS Data Mining technology. This solution has been tailored to meet the specific needs of Telecommunications providers, who face increased levels of competition and high churn rates.

This solution was designed to allow a Telecommunications Provider to identify those customers that present a high propensity to leave, through predictive statistical analysis of the customer's behavior, consumption patterns and demographics. Based on the timely identification of the likely churners, Telecommunications Providers can proactively fight churn, by implementing differentiated customer retention and loyalty strategies, while increasing the knowledge on their customer's value and behavior.
