Dial Codes Change in Bulgaria

Bulgaria's largest cellular phone operator MobilTel is changing the dial-code used to access its customers. As of yesterday, callers from Bulgaria should add an 8 after the 0 at the beginning of the MobilTel dialing code. Callers from abroad should add an 8 after dialing Bulgaria's country code +359.

Following the change, MobilTel's current three dialing codes 087, 088 and 089 will each have an additional digit, representing a change to 0887, 0888 and 0889"
