Belarus Testing Free GPRS Service
Belarus' Velcom has begun testing its GPRS network for its "Standard" and "Business +" tariff consumers. During the testing period - from February 24 to March 31, 2003 - GPRS service is provided for free. Traffic volume for the subscriber in the period of GPRS testing is not limited.
