US Network Signs GSM Roaming Agreement

The USA based GSM network, NPI Wireless has signed a roaming agreement with Cingular Wireless, widening the range of NPI Wireless subscribers' national footprint and increasing northern Michigan coverage for more than 22 million Cingular subscribers.
