Azeri Network Implements Voice Messaging Platform

Azerbaijan's GSM network, Bakcell has selected CTware's Star*VAS Voice and Messaging Platform for running its Holiday Greeting solutions and other value-added services. The Bakcell offering, "Musiqili Tebrik", contains the Star*VAS suite of voice services, including Private Greetings, Song Dedication, and Infotainment. Bakcell will create more applications with the XBuilder service creation environment. A Christmas campaign wass conducted in parallel to the services' launch.
