Call Prioritizing Software Developed

Teltier is launching an application that allows cell phone users to prioritise incoming calls to their mobile phone according to their urgency and the importance of the caller. Users will be able to alert people calling a inconvenient times as to what they should do - such as 'Call back in 5 minutes', or 'Send me an SMS text'. In addition, users can choose which calls they want to accept, such as all calls from their boss, which calls they don't want to receive at that time, and can also allow callers to mark the urgency of their call. This is all available through pre-selected options on a simple pop-up menu on the user's mobile phone.

The concept, known as 'Availability Management', also allows users who work remotely, to join ad-hoc conference calls instantaneously after checking the availability of all potential participants and alerting them that a conference call is about to take place and their participation is required.

"The concept of Availability Management doesn't just deliver efficiencies to users in a business environment, but also helps the lifestyle user to manage their availability to callers effectively," said Teltier's CEO, Sharad Sharma'"
