Vodafone Opens New Call Centre

Vodafone Qatar has opened a new call centre located in the Old Airport Area.
The call centre, manned by more than 100 agents, will provide a 24-hour online support for consumer and enterprise customers, plus telesales service.
"We are delighted to open our new state-of-the-art call centre in Qatar. Vodafone is dedicated and committed to delivering a high quality customer service on a daily basis and this call centre was designed using best practices to ensure just that," said Vodafone COO Mohamed al-Sadah, who inaugurated the new facility.
The centre also houses a dedicated training facility for staff offering online and classroom training.
Vodafone Qatar is a joint venture between Vodafone and the Qatar Foundation and has 55% of its shares listed on the local stock market. Vodafone Group's effective interest in the company in 23%.
