Logica Wins Indian PrePay Software Contract

Logica has signed an agreement to supply a complete Intelligent Network (IN) PrePaid messaging solution to India's Spice Telecom Karnataka circle. The agreement is to provide Spice Telecom Karnataka with voice charging for their prepaid subscribers, and both voice and data charging for its prepaid and postpaid subscribers. The solution incorporates Customer Care and Recharge Management Systems ensuring that customer service representatives have up to date information regarding usage, and can effectively deal with subscriber enquiries.
