Former Nokia Boss Joins Telstra

Stephen Elop, the former Microsoft to Nokia to Microsoft executive has taken up a role with Australia's Telstra.
Elop, 52, will join Telstra next month, and split time between the USA and Australia.
He has been hired as the telco's new head of technology, innovation and strategy, reporting to Telstra's CEO Andy Penn
Canada born Elop headed Microsoft's Office software division before leaving to run Nokia, where he later engineered the sale of Nokia's handset division to Microsoft.
He returned to Microsoft to head the handset division, but left last year following an executive shake-up at the software giant.
