Gamma Wins Czech Contract

Gamma Projects has been awarded a contract by the Czech Republic based GSM network, Cesky Mobil/Oskar to manage its operations and maintain the mobile network. Cesky Mobil is implementing Gamma NetOne, an Oracle-based integrated suite of software that will enable Cesky Mobil to manage the operations and maintenance of their network. The Gamma NetOne suite of software has been designed to streamline the process of developing, implementing and optimizing mobile communications networks.

"We consider this a major market and expect the market penetration in the region to triple in the next five years," said Buster Cleveland, operations director, Cesky Mobil. "Due to the rapid growth, and disparate systems and data everywhere, we needed a solution to consolidate our data. Gamma Projects NetOne software allowed us to do this at a fraction of the cost of other options." Gamma Projects NetOne solution is used to manage and maintain more than 1500 of Oskar's base stations. The components of the solution include Site Management, Network Elements and Inventory.'"
