Software Glitches Migrating Verizon Customers to Paperless Billing

A software fault at USA based Verizon Wireless has seen customers being switched to e mail based invoicing even if they wanted to retain their monthly paper based bills.
The mobile network confirmed that customers who upgraded their phone at a retail store over the past few days may have been switched over to the paperless billing option.
The company told ComputerWorld that it is working on fixing the problem.
Affected customers should be notified of the changes as that is a normal part of the system when a customer opts into paperless billing.
