Roshan Opens a Centralised Network Operations Center

Afghanistan's Roshan has announced the opening of its new Network Operations Center (NOC).
A first in Afghanistan, the NOC enables Roshan to monitor the nation-wide network in real-time to proactively identify network issues.
The NOC marks the next step in the technological evolution of Roshan's network. By centralizing network monitoring from 13 regional monitoring systems previously into one system now, the NOC aims to improve Roshan's response time when resolving network issues. Additionally, the NOC will allow Roshan to continuously perform 'health-checks' across the network, and proactively prevent problems from arising.

The NOC is part of the nearly $600 million Roshan has invested in its network in Afghanistan to date.
