A Costa Rica based wireless ISP has secured a court order delaying the regulator's plans to suspend the company's operations.
IBW Communications offers a wireless internet service branded as Japi but the regulator has imposed a ban on the company and fined it $19 million for breaching its licenses.
The company claims that it was granted a license in 2009 to provide wireless internet services, but the regulator disputes this.
The company stated services in 2011 and now has around 10,000 customers.
The court agreed to suspend the regulator order pending further representations from both sides in the dispute.
