El Salvador to Resume Paused Radio Spectrum Auction

El Salvador's telecoms regulator, Siget has resumed its AWS radio spectrum auction.
The auction had been suspended following an order from the competition authority which had claimed that the bidding process would result in less competition in the market.
The regulator has set the auction resumption date for the 27th November, and is offering spectrum in the 1700-2100Mhz and 1900Mhz bands.
It's not currently clear what concessions, if any, the regulator has offered to the Competition Authority to be able to resume the auction.
