Former employees of the bankrupt Cambodian mobile network operator, Mfone should finally get paid their wages, over eight months after the company closed down.
The company's court-appointed administrator said that they should be able to make the payment in November.
Bankruptcy administrator Ouk Ry said yesterday that deals have been made on many of the company's assets, including its towers.
The proceeds would then be used to settle the outstanding wage demands, before then being used to settle other debts.
The employees received an interim payment equivalent to 10% of their outstanding wages back in July, but the administrator had been unable to make any more payments since then.
